We are seeking an experienced
End-to-End Technical Lead
to own the technical vision and execution across a modern full-stack landscape. This is a
12-month contract
role based onsite in Dublin, working with a global leader in financial services.
About the Role
You will lead technical delivery across
Angular front-end, services
on
AWS Lambda
, and
API integration
s, ensuring
scalable architectures
and high-quality outcomes. This role involves guiding engineering squads (onshore/offshore), setting standards, and driving continuous improvement in reliability, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and enforce coding standards (
TypeScript for
), modular design, and secure practices.
* Implement
CI/CD pipelines
with gated deployments, feature flags, and staged rollouts for serverless functions.
* Instrument telemetry
and SLOs; create dashboards and alarms for client-facing journeys.
* Translate business requirements into technical epics and architecture runways; maintain solution blueprints and interface contracts.
* Lead design reviews, demos, and communicate risks and trade-offs to stakeholders.
* Present architecture decisions and KPI progress in governance forums.
* Plan and lead iterative delivery (Agile/Scrum or Kanban), sequencing backlog items to minimize integration risks.
* Own non-functional requirements (
performance budgets for UI, API latency, resiliency, and cost optimization
).
* Coordinate cross-functional work (
UX, QA/Automation, SecOps/CloudOps
) to ensure production readiness.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Technical Lead in complex, enterprise-scale environments.
* Strong expertise in
Angular,, AWS Lambda, API Gateway
, and event-driven architectures.
* Familiarity with
DynamoDB, SQS

serverless patterns

* Hands-on experience with
CI/CD, automated testing strategies
