Role Overview
Keary’s Motor Group is seeking top calibre candidates to join our successful team. We are currently recruiting a Technician for a four-day working week at our BMW dealership in Little Island, Cork. If you're looking to advance your career, apply today to become part of our success story.
Role Responsibilities
1. Handle vehicles carefully, ensuring all reasonable care is taken during repair or service.
2. Attend internal and external training courses as directed by management.
3. Maintain a tidy and clean workspace.
4. Inform the Workshop Foreman or Service Adviser of any additional work needed during a service.
5. Be prepared to work overtime with reasonable notice if requested.
6. Utilize special tools, service test equipment, and training to enhance customer service and workshop efficiency.
7. Keep current with product knowledge and read all service bulletins and news.
8. Develop skills in all aspects of vehicle repair, service, and maintenance.
Role Requirements
1. Experience in a similar role.
2. Qualified Vehicle Motor Technician (Registered with SOLAS/FAS or relevant qualification).
3. Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
4. Full, clean driving license.
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
