Job Title
We are seeking a Senior Compliance expert to oversee the regulatory compliance and sustainability agenda across all third-party arrangements.
Main Responsibilities
* We design, strengthen, and maintain the Third Party Risk Management governance framework. This involves ongoing development and improvement of our risk management strategies.
* The key focus is on regulatory horizon scanning, identifying emerging requirements and industry best practices, and evaluating their implications for the TPRM framework. By doing this, we ensure that our TPRM practices remain up-to-date and compliant with changing regulations.
* Our aim is to embed ESG considerations into all stages of the third-party life cycle, including on boarding, due diligence, and ongoing oversight. This enables us to effectively manage risks and drive business growth while promoting sustainable practices.
Key Requirements:
Skill Set:
- Experience in designing, implementing and maintaining effective risk management frameworks
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, standards and codes of practice
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as law, business administration, finance or environmental science
- Professional certifications such as CAIA, CFA or ISO 31000 would be an asset
