Cork.RoleLead all IT and systems operations, both in-house and outsourced, ensuring smooth integration and performance of core platforms.Ensure that technology supports operational, commercial, and financial processes.Act as the primary interface between executive leadership, internal teams, and external technology partners.Develop system governance, IT policies, and access controls for security and compliance.Develop and execute the IT and systems strategy aligned with company objectives.Ensure technology platforms are scalable, reliable, and secure.Identify technology solutions to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and revenue optimisation.Ensure data security, GDPR compliance, IT policies, and disaster recovery plans are implemented and monitored.RequirementsSenior IT or technology leadership experience, ideally as CIO or Head of IT in transport, logistics, or travel operations.Proven track record implementing ERP, reservations, POS, or booking systems in start-ups or operational environments.Experience managing hybrid teams, outsourced IT partners, and cross-functional IT projects.Knowledge of system integration, data governance, cybersecurity, and IT compliance.Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and analytical skills.Experience in system integration across finance, operations, and commercial functions.
