We are seeking an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Tallaght, Dublin. This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, with particular focus on payroll administration, travel coordination, and accommodation management.
Key Responsibilities

* Liaise with external suppliers, travel agencies, and accommodation providers.
* Negotiate rates and maintain relationships with key service partners.
* General Support
* Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
* Contribute to improving administrative systems and processes.
Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (minimum 2 years preferred).
* Experience with **payroll processing** (e.g., Sage, BrightPay, or similar software) is essential.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
* Proficient in **Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)**.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
