We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Client Success Manager to join our team in the DACH Region.
Job Description
The primary goal of this role is to proactively drive client growth through paid search, leveraging automation software to understand client business needs and deliver SEM strategies that accomplish those goals.
This includes being proactive and identifying growth opportunities in client accounts, troubleshooting performance issues, and collaborating with the team to deliver a consistent and enjoyable client experience.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and prioritizing a client portfolio consisting of lead generation and e-commerce clients, utilizing your analytical skills to diagnose and solve client performance issues.
A key aspect of this role is staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying your knowledge of Google AdWords, AdWords Editor, and Google Analytics to drive client success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* At least 2 years of professional work experience in digital marketing
* Good working knowledge of Google AdWords and AdWords Editor
* Strong data extraction and manipulation skills using spreadsheet applications
* Good working knowledge of Google Analytics
* Fluent German language proficiency
