Overview
Our client, one of the world's most successful and acquisitive PLCs, is seeking a Group Payroll Manager to join their team. This role will play a pivotal role within the Group Office function, managing the payroll process, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and supporting strategic initiatives including digital finance transformation and implementation.
Base pay range
Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid
Compensation: €65-70k basic plus bonus, pension, healthcare
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end to end monthly payroll
Manage and process employee benefits
Prepare payroll journals
Manage and review employee expense submissions
File payroll submissions via ROS
Prepare employee headcount and cost reports
Key Skills
IPASS (or equivalent) qualified with 5+ payroll processing experience
Strong knowledge of Irish/UK payroll and Revenue/HMRC filing requirements
Proficient in payroll software and ERP systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy
