Senior Manager, Change Management (One Year Contract)

Job Description
Develop and implement strategic change management frameworks and plans.
Lead and coordinate large‑scale change management activities.
Conduct high‑level impact analyses and assess organizational change readiness.
Identify and manage strategic risks and resistance to change.
Provide executive coaching and support to senior leaders and managers.
Facilitate strategic change management workshops and executive meetings.
Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to keep employees informed.
Monitor and measure the long‑term effectiveness of change initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering. Master’s degree preferred.
Certification in change management (e.g., ACMP, PROSCI) is a plus.
10+ years of experience in change management or related strategic roles.
Strong understanding of strategic change management principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
Proven ability to lead and drive large‑scale organizational change efforts.
Experience with strategic planning and execution.
Strategic thinking, leadership, influence, and negotiation skills at a senior level.
Analytical thinking and resilience under pressure.
