Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to provide high-quality nursing care and administration of prescribed intravenous treatment to patients/clients across a broad spectrum of specialty areas, within the home and community setting.
This role involves working as part of a team, using clinical, communication and interpersonal skills to provide a seamless service while liaising closely with the nursing director and the clients multi-disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing clinical services to adult and paediatric patients in an effective and caring manner
* Maintenance of accurate electronic patient records
* Delivering reports immediately after visits back to clients and head office
A dual qualified nurse with experience in IV infusion is required for this position. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to present information effectively, good time management skills, computer literacy in Word (preferable Microsoft Office) and email. Demonstrable cannulation & phlebotomy skills along with high degree of self-motivation would be advantageous.
