* Collect, organize, and classify data from various directories, websites, and other sources.
* Perform web searches to gather accurate and relevant information as needed.
* Verify and validate data accuracy to maintain data integrity.
* Use Microsoft Excel to organize, analyse, and present data in a clear and structured format.
* Adhere to established data classification guidelines and processes.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of collected data into company systems.
* Proactively identify and correct inconsistencies or errors in data.
* Stay updated on best practices and tools for efficient data collection and classification.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in data collection, classification, and management.
Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, filtering, etc.).
* Strong web research skills, with the ability to identify credible and relevant sources.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling large data sets.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
