Job Title: Trade-In Coordinator Location: Finglas Reporting to: Trade-In & Consumer Repair Operations Manager Division: Trade-In Our client is currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Trade-In Coordinator to join their team in Finglas. This is a key role within the Trade-In division, responsible for managing, processing, and dispatching customer devices with a strong focus on quality assurance and data accuracy. As a Trade-In Coordinator, you will work closely with the Trade-In Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the device handling services, ensuring all processes are completed to the highest standard and in line with customer and internal expectations. Key Responsibilities: Track and manage the status and location of all devices Process customer devices received through various channels Oversee the full lifecycle of trade-in device handling Provide daily updates to management on trade-in activity and outstanding jobs Report any issues with cases to the Supervisor or Operations Manager Create sales reports and support the sales team with accurate data Ensure all outgoing consignments are correct and fully documented Achieve administrative targets and support team cross-training where needed Assist in managing outsourced trade-ins and cross-department collaboration Person Specification: Third-level qualification or equivalent work experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment Excellent time management and organisational skills Flexible, proactive, and solutions-focused Strong communication and teamwork abilities This Trade-In Coordinator role is a great opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking and collaborative team working at the heart of consumer technology services.
