Cairdeas Kinnegad Community Childcare, a welcoming and vibrant creche located in Kinnegad, is currently recruiting for a Part-Time Educator for our ECCE program (21 hours) to join our busy and dynamic team. Our service is committed to providing high-quality early years education in a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
Requirements
Minimum QQI Level 5 qualification in Childcare
Deep knowledge of early childhood development
Excellent understanding of play-based emergent curriculum and the ability to apply the Aistear Curriculum framework to meet individual planning and practice
Positive disposition and experience in observing and recording children’s progress and development
Knowledge of inclusive practices and child development
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate initiative
Warm, patient, and positive attitude when working with children
Availability to work during summer
