This includes overseeing warehousing, transportation, 3PL partnerships, returns management, and last-mile delivery. The role ensures efficient and customer-centric fulfilment operations that support scalable business growth and meet evolving consumer expectations.**Key Responsibilities:**eCommerce Logistics OperationsManage daily logistics functions including inbound shipments, order fulfilment, outbound shipping, and reverse logistics.Ensure fast, accurate, and cost-effective delivery solutions across direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels.Implement and monitor logistics KPIs including order accuracy, delivery times, and return rates.3PL and Carrier ManagementOversee relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and shipping carriers to ensure high performance and scalability.Evaluate and negotiate service contracts and carrier rates to optimize cost and delivery timelines.Troubleshoot delivery issues and proactively manage service disruptions.Warehouse & Fulfilment OversightCoordinate with warehouse teams or outsourced fulfilment centres to ensure timely and accurate order processing.Drive inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage through improved processes and audits.Implement best practices in warehouse layout, pick/pack operations, and shipping workflows.Technology & Process ImprovementUtilize WMS, TMS, and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, ERP systems) to streamline logistics operations.Identify process inefficiencies and recommend technology-based solutions to improve scalability and performance.Reporting & AnalysisTrack and report logistics KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.Analyse shipping costs, delivery performance, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.Collaborate with finance, operations, and customer service teams to align logistics with company goals.RequirementsQualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, with at least 2 years in eCommerce logistics.Experience managing 3PL providers, shipping carriers, and order fulfilment in a DTC environment.Familiarity with logistics software, eCommerce platforms, and warehouse automation tools.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong organizational and leadership skillsEffective communication and cross-functional collaborationAnalytical mindset with problem-solving capabilitiesProficiency in WMS, TMS, and ExcelCustomer-focused approach to logistics and fulfilmentBenefitsWhat We OfferCompetitive Compensation: Attractive salary package with benefits.Work-Life Balance: Competitive annual leave and flexible working arrangements.Growth Opportunities: Access to learning and development programs to enhance your skills.Culture and Environment: A fun, inclusive, and collaborative workplace.
