Facility Operations Leader
The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, develop infrastructure, and drive maintenance strategies in a fast-paced production environment.
1. Responsible for site services, utilities, equipment, and infrastructure upkeep.
2. Implement effective monitoring, issue resolution, and decision-making to minimize downtime.
3. Design and implement a preventative maintenance plan for all plant equipment and critical building systems.
4. Maintain a zero-compromise approach to Health, Safety & Environmental standards, adhering to national and sector-specific legislation.
5. Collaborate with HSE teams and regulatory bodies during audits or inspections.
6. Negotiate contracts and manage external partners for services such as cleaning, waste, security, HVAC, and fire safety.
7. Monitor performance, KPIs, and compliance of third-party vendors.
8. Develop annual budgets and forecasts for facilities operations, projects, and upgrades.
9. Evaluate capital investments for long-term cost efficiency.
10. Oversee facilities-related capital projects from office or plant expansions to machinery or energy system installations.
11. Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement innovative solutions.

Requirements
* A bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Industrial Operations, or a related discipline (preferred).
* At least 5 years' experience managing facilities in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial settings.
* Strong technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, water, etc.).
* Experience working with regulatory frameworks (ISO, EHS, EPA, etc.).
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and communication skills.
* Proven ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines.
* High proficiency with CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office.
