We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our expanding team in West Cork. Based in Bantry, this role will be responsible for delivering the People agenda for a highly successful organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support on HR mailboxes dealing with employee queries and escalate as required.
* Maintain up-to-date personnel files and ensure compliance with GDPR regulations.
* Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for all employees.
* Maintain HR Systems and databases.
* Deliver induction programmes remotely and in-person.
* Conduct checks and audits to ensure all required documents and information are compliant.
* Monitor and manage sick leave and absence management processes.
* Support annual performance management process, including line managers and employees.
* Write and post job descriptions on job boards, company website, social media etc.
* Evaluate and screen CVs/job applications.
* Conduct phone, virtual and/or in-person interviews.
Requirements:
* BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
* 2-3 years of HR experience in a similar role.
* Proven ability to manage high-volume admin tasks in a fast-paced environment.
