About the Job
The Assistant Store Manager – Mahon Point role involves overseeing all daily store activities, mentoring and leading sales employees, and assuming responsibility for store operations in the absence of the manager. This includes collaborating on merchandising, customer service, and human resources tasks, reporting on daily operations, and contributing to recruitment and sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience at supervisor/assistant manager level, strong leadership and team education skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities. They must also be flexible and able to work a dynamic schedule, with exceptional interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assisting the store manager in overseeing all daily activities
* Mentoring and leading sales employees as directed by the store manager
* Assuming full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the store manager
* Collaborating on daily operations, including merchandising, customer service, and human resources
* Reporting on daily operations and assisting in the creation of recruitment and sales strategies
