Process Enhancement Specialist

* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process enhancement and develop effective solutions.
* Analyze complex information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distill high-level concepts into actionable details.
* Drive stakeholder engagement and challenge assumptions about process improvements.
We are looking for an individual with several years of insurance industry experience, preferably in Casualty or Financial Lines. Familiarity with Visio is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of insurance knowledge and be able to apply it to design process, system, and data improvements.
In this role, you will contribute to our Business Change Team's Knowledge Management & Best Practices. A strong background in process identification, definition, and mapping is desired. Proficiency in Excel and Advanced Word skills is necessary, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
