About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Village Manager to join our team in Limerick. The successful candidate will assist in the management of the day-to-day operations of a busy student residence, delivering exceptional customer and hospitality services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist the Village Manager in managing the daily operations of the student residence
* Deliver a quality reception service and provide an exceptional support service for students
* Oversee a rigorous property management regime
* Manage summer business activity providing high-quality guest accommodation
Requirements:
* A 3rd-level qualification in hospitality management/business/facility management
* Minimum of 2-3 years front-line management experience in a busy service environment
* Understanding of excellent customer service management and delivery
* Knowledge and understanding of property/facility management
* Knowledge of the student accommodation sector
* Knowledge of the hospitality/tourism industry
* Excellent interpersonal, organisational and project management skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Experience with property management/hotel software systems
