Hybrid – Dublin, Ireland Job Description As a Territory ISR, you will partner with leadership and clients to identify strategies and processes that align with and drive revenue growth.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities Act as a product and service champion, fostering interest and increasing awareness of the client's value proposition.
Provide strong account management to support clients' technology strategies.
Manage a steady influx of inbound leads from multiple channels, driving the sales pipeline and meeting KPIs to secure new business.
Partner with leadership and clients to identify strategies and processes that align with and drive revenue growth.
Effectively manage and prioritize sales opportunities, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up actions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the small to medium enterprise (SME) segment.
Implement sales strategies that optimize the conversion of leads into paying customers.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of the product and leverage a structured sales methodology to shorten the sales cycle.
Targeted Qualifications Fluency in German Language, C1/C2 level.
Fluency in English Language, C1/C2 level.
Technologically proficient, with a keen interest in innovative and emerging technologies.
Previous experience with a software vendor, SaaS provider, or systems integrator.
Strong sales acumen with a solutions-oriented approach, driven by a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Exceptional ability to advocate for products and services, creating interest and understanding of the client's value proposition.
Min 1.5 – 2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role within the SaaS/IT Services industry, or 6 to 12 months of experience in B2B sales as an individual contributor.
Excellent sales presence and presentation capabilities.
Proven expertise in prospecting, conducting discovery calls, and delivering presentations effectively.
Skilled in quickly conveying both technical and business value propositions.
Highly collaborative and results–driven, with a demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and excelling in team environments.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and decisive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Interpersonal Skills Communicative, Speak and/or write well and get your ideas across to others easily.
