Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep of our car park, hotel premises, and surrounding areas, executing planned and property maintenance tasks.
This role is ideal for an entry-level employee who is eager to learn and develop their skills. As a Maintenance Manager, you will provide support in administrative and operational activities, answer and direct telephone calls, organize and file documents, and participate in projects and provide support in daily tasks.

o Excellent communication and organization skills are essential for this role.
o Good teamwork and responsibility are also crucial, as you will be working closely with our team to achieve our goals.
o BASIC computer skills are a plus, but not required.
