Saturday Receptionist

Responsibilities
Handle all inbound and outbound calls into the main reception switch of MB SD.
Establish a clear understanding of customer’s needs and direct calls in a professional manner.
Treat every customer as a “Guest”.
Issue “thank you” cards to customers upon completion of telephone surveys.
Capture, record and update customer details in our DMS database and various portals.
Contact customers to inform them about product launches, new car information, test drive campaigns and used car sales etc.
Update the CRM system with leads and relevant information gathered.
Handle customer issues and raise escalations to relevant managers as required.
Send Smart Text Campaigns for New and Used car sales.
Contact customers after they have taken delivery of their vehicle to discuss their level of satisfaction.
Work closely with the service admin at all times to ensure the customer receives the best experience possible, so we can exceed the customers’ expectations.
Manage customers GDPR compliance.
Report writing and various ad hoc administrative duties.
Resolve customer issues and complaints.
Cover showroom host duties for holidays etc.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Fluent in English.
Excellent administration and IT skills.
Exceed customers’ expectations in terms of customer service.
Excellent telephone manner.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Efficient, with good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work on own initiative, multitask and meet deadlines.
Works well as part of a team.
Flexible, able to learn and think quickly.
Positive, enthusiastic, can‑do attitude.
Ability to identify customer demands and requirements.
