Due to continued growth, we are looking for an energetic, friendly, and detail-oriented individual to join our expanding team.
This is a full-time, office-based position with opportunities for development and career progression for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities**
Guide customers through the SEAI grant process, including account setup and application submission.
Manage customer service calls and handle all grant-related emails and telephone enquiries.
Prepare and submit NC6 and NC7 forms for new customers.
Upload required documentation and ensure correct photographs are submitted to the SEAI portal.
Schedule staff for site visits, technical surveys, and installations.
Use CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records (current and past).
Coordinate BER assessments.
Perform general administrative duties as required.
Candidate Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (CRM experience an advantage).
Ability to use initiative while working effectively as part of a team.
Skilled at multitasking and prioritising workload.
Professional, approachable, and customer-focused.
Previous experience in the solar or renewable energy industry desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.
