Technical Team Lead for Security Systems
The role of Technical Team Lead is a key position in our organization, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of a team of skilled Service Engineers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working as a Security Systems Service or Installations Engineer and possess strong technical knowledge in IP Network environments, including software integration.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supervise a team of established Service Engineers and provide expertise, guidance, and support.
* Work closely with the Service Desk team to manage workloads, hours, and job completion within agreed limits.
* Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Clients, Sales, Service Desk, and Engineering Team members.
* Maintain accurate records of training certifications, RAMS, Safe Pass, and weekly reports for senior management.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Security Systems Service or Installations Engineer.
* Strong technical skills in IP Network environments, including software integration.
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
* A full clean driver's license.
