About the Role
* This home-based position involves developing and growing a region by selling technology solutions to the construction market.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage sales performance, achieving revenue and profit targets.
* Develop strategic territory sales plans, managing regional expense budgets and customer relations.
* Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, performing key account management and forecasting sales.
* Maintain market analysis, reporting on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in a technical-related discipline, or HND in a related field.
* Relevant experience in construction technology, with previous field sales experience preferred.
* Strong ability to sell products and services, setting priorities for short and long-term objectives.
* Ability to make strategic decisions and take disciplined risks.
