Job Role Summary
This position plays a vital part in the Engineering Group, responsible for overseeing diverse projects and driving process improvements across the facility.
* Develop technical project plans, including timelines, for inclusion in site capital initiatives.
* Manage project execution ensuring goals are met on time and within budget constraints.
* Drive technology transfer projects from other sites within the organization.
* Support research and development, process optimization, and scale-up activities as required.
* Collaborate with operations, technical, and engineering teams to identify future process enhancement opportunities.
Key Skills and Experience: Essential: Degree in Mechanical, Process or Chemical Engineering; At least 10+ years experience in a high tech, large volume manufacturing environment.
