Front of House Manager role - exceptional opportunity - Dublin City Honeycomb is partnering with a large Corporate Professional Services Firm based in Dublin city to recruit for a Front of House Manager to deliver a first class customer service experience to their clients. The role is full time and permanent, attracting a market leading salary and benefits package.

The Role
* Manage team Rota's and annual leave.
* Generate department function reports.
* POC for Reception and Front of house day to day operation.
* Manage reception service supplier relationships.
* Drive and introduce best practice and high standards for client experience.
* Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the department area.
* Communication with hospitality services & oversee room standards.
* Attend monthly meetings with Director of properties.
* Carry out annual team Appraisals.
* Build relationships with departments in the firm.
Reception duties
* Booking Meeting rooms.
* Coordinate meeting room booking and special requirements.
* Reception cover Lunch, Tea breaks as required.
* Ordering taxi's clients and staff.
* Monitor meeting room attendance numbers in case of building evacuation.
Admin and support duties
* Create and update relevant reception information
* General Reception Admin duties as required to support the business
* Cover alternative reception shift patterns for Annual leave and Sick
Ideal Candidate will possess:
* 5+ years experience in similar role in professional business environment.
* Excellent Customer Service both in person and over the phone.
* Ability to prioritise and organise work.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced busy environment.
* Basic understanding of AV systems (Operation of TV input/output selection).
