About The Role
The High Five team are proud to support the Google Dublin Campus with the fitness goals of their employees. Through classes, one on one session sand coaching we aim to boost motivation, vitality and overall wellbeing.
Your Responsibilities
* Maintaining a safe and welcoming pool environment, ensuring all users can enjoy the facilities confidently and securely.
* Deliver swim coaching sessions, supporting aqua aerobics classes, and assisting with the smooth running of all pool activities.
* Work with the Pool Supervisor, on-site management, and fellow team members, you will help create a positive and professional experience for all customers.
What You'll Bring
* Flexible approach to working within pool hours
* Strong swimmer with the ability to swim and teach all four strokes
* RLSS / Irish Water Safety Lifeguard Certification (Must be in date)
* CPR / First Aid (In date)
* Pool/lifeguard certification
* Swim coach level 1 & 2
* Good Communication and interpersonal skills
* IT literate with G-suite experience, or ability to pick up quickly - drive, docs, sheets
