We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our prestigious Michelin Star restaurant in the Midlands.
About the Role:
* Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
* Lead and manage the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef.
* Evaluate food quality and consistency according to Michelin Star standards.
* Ensure optimal stock control, ordering, and kitchen hygiene.
* Contribute to the development of new dishes and menu items.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a Michelin Star or high-end fine dining environment.
* Exceptional culinary skills and attention to detail.
* Able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
