We are hiring Content Moderators for the above languages for a social media giant.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Investigate and resolve reported issues (via ticketing system), such as account support requests or potentially abusive content.
2. Enforce client’s Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse.
3. Stay informed about client’s products and community standards.
4. Use market-specific knowledge to find scalable solutions to support the community.
5. Gather and analyze data to improve user experience.
6. Recognize trends and escalate issues outside company policy.
7. Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
Skills & Competences:
1. Resilience in a fast-paced environment.
2. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with empathy.
3. Adaptability and positive attitude.
4. Decision-making, prioritization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
5. Consistent achievement of KPIs.
Language Skills:
* Fluent in the market language at C1-C2 level, with cultural understanding.
* Advanced English (C1).
*Assessment available if unsure of language level.
Contract:
Full-time, permanent with Covalen.

Working Hours:

This is an office role. Remote work is not available. Employees are classified as essential workers.
