We are recruiting for a Stock Controller / Stock Replenishment Executive for our clients in Carrigtwohill, County Cork. My Multinational clients operate in a number of locations in Ireland and require someone who can provide quotes, monitor stock and work as part of a wider team. This is a full-time permanent position.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining all stock of fast-moving items
2. Providing accurate quotes to customers
3. Resolving day-to-day enquiries.
4. Part sourcing.
5. Collecting parts from local suppliers.
6. Any other general administration as required
7. Process and manage customer orders from initial enquiry to delivery
8. Create and maintain efficient management reports.
9. Negotiate with suppliers
10. Manage supplier relationships.
11. Maintain ERP systems
12. Contribute to continuous improvement processes.
Experiences
13. Strong product range knowledge for MRO and engineering consumables
14. Strong Sales and customer relationship development skills
15. Strong negotiating and purchasing skills
16. Methodical and well-organised, with strong Knowledge of management systems
17. Current driving licence
18. Proficient in Microsoft office including excel/IT literate
