About the RoleGaelic Armour is a growing Irish sportswear brand supplying clubs, counties, schools and retailers across Ireland and internationally. We are seeking a Design Artwork / Production Artwork Specialist to prepare and manage artwork for sportswear production and print.This is a technical, production-focused role, responsible for ensuring all artwork is accurate, print-ready and aligned with approved designs before garments go into manufacture.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing print-ready artwork files using CorelDRAWSetting up designs for sublimation, embroidery and heat transferApplying crests, sponsor logos, numbers and names accuratelyEnsuring colour accuracy, sizing and layout consistencyManaging artwork revisions and final sign-off for productionLiaising with sales and production teams to clarify specificationsOrganising artwork files, templates and version controlSupporting development of new templates and product rangesSoftware & Technical SkillsCorelDRAW (essential)Strong understanding of garment layouts and print productionExperience preparing files for sublimation printingKnowledge of embroidery setup and heat transfer artwork (advantage)Strong attention to detail and file managementWhat We're Looking ForExperience in apparel artwork, print production or sportswear designTechnically strong designer (production-focused, not purely creative)Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of accuracy and consistencyStrong communication and teamwork skillsSportswear or textile industry experience an advantageWhat We OfferFull-time role in a growing Irish sportswear brandCompetitive salary based on experienceOn-site role in NenaghLong-term opportunity with room to growWork on inter-county, club and retail sportswear projectsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionEmployee discountOn-site gymOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
