Engineering Manager – Automation
This is a strategic leadership role reporting to the Head of Engineering. You will lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and implementing advanced automated systems, driving process improvements, and shaping the site’s technology strategy for the future.
Key Responsibilities
Lead adoption and integration of advanced automation and digital manufacturing technologies.
Solve complex technical challenges and drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Manage multiple projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, and stakeholder coordination.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering collaboration and forward-thinking problem-solving.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, or related field).
Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical leadership, preferably in regulated or medical device manufacturing.
Strong expertise in automation, robotics, or advanced manufacturing systems.
Broad technical knowledge and a future-focused mindset, capable of introducing innovative solutions.
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD or other design/facility software preferred.
