Role: Systems Trainer - Housing & Asset Management
Location: Dublin/Hybrid
Reporting To: Quality and Performance Manager
Terms: Permanent, full-time position (39 hours per week Mon-Fri)
Salary Range: €44,722-€57,876 (Please note that offers are typically made at the beginning to mid-range of the advertised salary, based on skills and experience)
Job Purpose:
To deliver high-quality training and onboarding for systems used within the Housing and Asset Management division. The Systems Trainer will ensure all training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with operational needs, supporting staff to use systems effectively and confidently.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery & Onboarding
* Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for new and existing staff on housing and asset management systems.
* Coordinate and manage onboarding processes for new starters, ensuring timely and comprehensive system induction.
* Provide refresher training and support as needed.
Training Materials & Documentation
* Develop, maintain, and update training manuals, guides, e-learning content, and other resources.
* Ensure materials reflect current system functionality, business processes, and compliance requirements.
* Collaborate with system owners and subject matter experts to validate content.
System Support & Continuous Improvement
* Act as a point of contact for system-related queries and troubleshooting during training.
* Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to improve training delivery and materials.
* Monitor system usage trends to identify training needs and gaps.
Collaboration & Reporting
* Work closely with the Quality & Performance Manager to align training with performance goals.
* Liaise with IT, HR, and other departments to coordinate training logistics and system updates.
* Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and evaluation outcomes.
Experience:
* 2-5 years experience delivering training in a housing or asset management context.
* Strong understanding of housing management systems (e.g., Active H, etc.).
* Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, (Excel and Power BI essential).
* Ability to create clear, user-friendly training materials.
* Knowledge of adult learning principles and training evaluation methods.
* Familiarity with performance management and quality assurance processes.
* Awareness of Adult Learning Principles and Training Evaluation Methods.
* Understanding of Quality Assurance and Performance Management frameworks.
* Awareness of compliance requirements in housing and asset management.
Qualification/Education:
Level 6-8 qualification (NFQ) in a relevant discipline (see below):
