**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tech Volunteer Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in animal welfare, volunteer coordination, and community engagement.
The successful candidate will play a key part in the recruitment, management, and support of our nationwide volunteer network that cares for and raises our dogs in training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruiting and managing volunteers such as Puppy Raisers and Temporary Boarders.
* Overseeing the rehoming process for retired or withdrawn dogs.
* Supporting operational administration and contributing to the organisation's strategic goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A third-level qualification in business or a related field.
* At least 1 year of experience in a business, recruitment, or administrative role.
* Strong communication, multitasking, and organisational skills.
* A proactive, results-driven approach with a collaborative mindset.
* Full clean driving licence and eligibility to work in Ireland/EU.
* Willingness to undergo Garda vetting.
