Role Description
The Retail Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Neville Jewellers store in Limerick to ensure a smooth and successful customer and business experience. The role involves managing staff, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventories, monitoring retail loss prevention, and achieving sales targets. As a full-time, on-site position, the Store Manager will be pivotal in maintaining and promoting the company's high standard of service and quality.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in delivering exceptional Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
* Hands-on experience in Store Management with expertise in Retail Loss Prevention
* Excellent Communication skills to lead a team and interact with customers effectively
* Ability to drive sales, meet targets, and manage inventory efficiently
* Proven leadership qualities and team management capabilities
* Relevant experience in retail, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods sector
