Service Delivery Leader
About the Role:
* We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Leader to oversee daily operations across multiple client sites.
* This involves ensuring contractual obligations and quality standards are consistently met, as well as coordinating workflows and resource allocation to maintain efficient operation.
* The successful candidate will lead and support site supervisors and cleaning teams, promoting engagement, performance, and clear communication across all shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage daily cleaning operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Coordinate workflows, including scheduling shifts, tracking attendance, and managing staffing requirements using Timegate or similar workforce management tools.
* Lead site supervisors and cleaning teams to achieve operational excellence.
* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior operations role within cleaning services or facilities management.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and KPI reporting.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
