As our client continue to build out their IAM competency internally, they are seeking a number of Senior hires with a deep knowledge of authentication standards
The successful hire will - Design, build, and support modern authentication solutions across my clients wider enterprise
"The role focuses on Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), IAM orchestration, and improving identity provider (IdP) resilience."
Key responsibilities -
Developing authentication workflows, configuring SSO/MFA for internal and external applications
Leading technical discussions with stakeholders, conducting design/code reviews, and performing proof-of-concepts.
The Senior engineer will also troubleshoot complex IAM issues and support production deployments.
You'll also support the engineering, building, and scaling of their authentication infrastructure to deliver authentication solutions, establish and improve IDP resiliency across platforms.
Your Profile / Background -
This role requires you to have strong hands-on engineering experience, particularly with platforms like
Microsoft Entra ID and Okta.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of IAM experience, deep knowledge of authentication standards (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, WS-Fed), strong analytical and debugging skills, and experience integrating identity systems across multiple domains.
Programming experience would be good (PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Java, etc.) and certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Okta, or Azure are preferred.
Integration experience with SSO leveraging industry protocols such as SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth and WS-FED
Experience integrating and federating different IDM technologies across multiple domains
This is a Permanent role which will require you to be on-site 1-2 days per month in the Cork site
