Contracts Manager Assistant Job Description

The ideal candidate will have:
* A degree in Building Services or related discipline;
* Minimum 2 years experience in the HVAC industry;
* Strong background in HVAC services;
* Excellent communication and organisational skills;
* Ability to prioritise tasks and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Supporting customers, management and staff with technical and administrative assistance;
* Coordinating and prioritising service calls, engineers and customer appointments;
* Reviewing service reports, preparing invoices and ensuring timely delivery to clients;
* Scheduling and overseeing maintenance visits, ensuring timely completion and follow-up quotations;
* Managing purchasing activities, including purchase orders, delivery dockets and supplier invoices;
* Monitoring supplier performance and supporting continuous improvement;
* Maintaining accurate documentation across systems.
