The RoleThe company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to streamline, standardise, and optimise internal processes across its growing business. This is a key leadership role responsible for aligning operations, systems, and procedures to support business efficiency, scalability, and continued growth.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and refine existing operational processes across sales, logistics, and project delivery to improve workflow efficiency and alignment between departments.Oversee integration and optimisation of SAP systems, ensuring alignment with CRM tools and reporting structures.Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for core business functions.Collaborate with senior management to translate strategic goals into operational plans, KPIs, and reporting dashboards.Drive continuous improvement and best practice adoption across supply chain, order management, and project fulfilment functions.Work closely with Finance and IT to ensure seamless data flow, accuracy, and compliance across business systems.Support sustainability and decarbonisation objectives through efficient operations and data-driven decision-making.Provide leadership and mentoring to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.Works closely with Logistics, Technical and Estimating and Procurement Team.Skills & Experience RequiredProven experience in an Operations Management, Business Process, or Continuous Improvement role within a technical, manufacturing, or distribution environment.Strong understanding of ERP and CRM systems, ideally SAP, with experience in systems integration and process mapping.Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency and developing standardised procedures.Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.Background in building services, HVAC, or indoor climate technology is advantageous.Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.Excellent Excel skillsExcellent Interpersonal skills.Ability to articulate a detailed brief and deliver.
