Key Responsibilities
* Advise clients on a range of corporate law matters, including M&A, corporate restructuring, and commercial transactions.
* Draft and review agreements, shareholder documentation, and corporate governance materials.
* Support senior associates and partners on complex deals, liaising with clients, advisors, and stakeholders.
* Stay up-to-date with corporate law developments and regulatory changes.
What We're Looking For
* Newly qualified solicitor (Irish or equivalent qualification).
* Strong academic and professional credentials.
* Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
* Commercial awareness and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
