Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in operations or business management, and vendor management.
7 years of experience using analytics or applying project management tools to address business issues.
Preferred qualifications:
Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt .
Experience in content moderation and managing Sensitive Content.
Experience in quality management and process improvement.
Experience managing vendor operations and working with globally managed service providers.
Ability to solve problems tenaciously with project management skills, defining projects, executing within timelines, navigating ambiguity, and managing with multiple conflicting priorities and stakeholder issues/requirements, driving towards pragmatic decisions/actions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple levels of the organization and regions.

Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations for large vendor teams, ensuring consistent delivery on all SLAs for Sensitive Content.
Lead and execute time-sensitive cross-functional projects from concept to launch, while monitoring progress, managing risks, and communicating performance to executives.
Drive quantifiable quality improvement initiatives and identify gaps in processes, tools, and data while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to implement data-driven solutions and automation to enhance work efficiency and product safety.
Maintain alignment with Trust and Safety and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders, and own the vendor governance plan including reviews, contract, billing, POs, and escalations.
Manage cost budget, purchase orders, invoices, contracts and other vendor related activities on a day-to-day basis such as tools access, on-boarding, training, etc.
