Senior Engineer / Project Manager - Consultancy Location: Cork We're working with a well-established engineering consultancy in Cork that is looking to appoint a Senior engineer with Project Management experience to work with one of their key developer clients.
Key Responsibilities End-to-End Project Delivery: Take charge of the full project lifecycle for a key developer client, overseeing stages from initial feasibility and planning through to final construction close-out.
Technical Design & Management: Lead the design of site civils and utilities layouts while resolving complex technical queries throughout the construction phase.
Planning & Compliance: Manage planning applications and ensure all project documentation and paperwork are finalized to industry standards.
Primary Client Liaison: Act as the central point of contact for the client, providing regular updates and advising on potential project risks and roadblocks Stakeholder Management: Coordinate efforts between internal engineering teams, external consultants, local authorities, and contractors to maintain project momentum.
