Notion is an in-person company, requiring employees to come to the office for two days (Mondays & Thursdays) and spend most of their week there, including a third day. This approach allows us to build strong relationships, drive collaboration, and deliver exceptional results.
About The Role
We're seeking a motivated Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our founding sales team. As an early member, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our sales strategy, defining our product roadmap, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect and develop new potential accounts by educating contacts on how they can boost their team's collaboration, transparency, and productivity with Notion
* Hunt and close new Enterprise logos within your territory
* Hold face-to-face and Zoom meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals
* Run product demos to close business at or above quota level
* Help build playbooks and define our sales motion
* Liaise with our user base to provide world-class customer experience
Requirements:
* 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience at a fast-growing software company
* A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles hitting or exceeding quotas
* Fluency in both English and German
* Experience working with customers/users within the DACH market
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Positive and open-minded attitude
* Builders mentality who thrives in collaborative environments
* Ability to operate within ambiguity and find creative solutions
