Research and Development Director
You will be responsible for the coordination of departmental activities during the product development process. This includes managing a team, planning projects, implementing new products, testing and analysis.
The ideal candidate is experienced in R&D or process development with knowledge of development manufacturing and quality system requirements for medical devices. Excellent leadership skills are required to create project plans lead multifunctional teams develop staff train others on best practices communicate effectively at all levels manage budgets.
Required Skills And Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Biomedical Engineering Chemical Engineering or other related engineering discipline.
* 8+ years industrial experience in R&D or process development preferably in medical device regulated environment.
