Requirements:
* Professional qualification in accounting (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA) with at least 10 years' experience, including 5 years in senior finance roles.
* Extensive commercial awareness and experience shaping financial strategy, driving commercial performance, and executing business strategies across multiple regions.
* Demonstrated success in building, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
