Sponsorship is not offered.Roles & Responsibilities:Business Analysis & Requirements ManagementAnalyse and document "as-is" and "to-be" business processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation and efficiency.Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).Lead Business Impact Assessments and maintain a comprehensive Requirements Traceability Matrix.Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and technical teams to review requirements, conduct gap analyses, and assess solution impacts.Ensure end-to-end traceability across requirements, functional specifications, and testing deliverables.Develop business cases to quantify ROI, cost savings, operational efficiencies, and strategic benefits.Governance & Delivery SupportSupport project governance structures, facilitate steering committee meetings, and track key decisions and actions.Ensure proposed solutions align with agreed specifications and comply with security and regulatory standards.Contribute to agile delivery practices including daily scrums and backlog refinement.Provide support for project management activities, including progress reporting and issue tracking.Manage interactions with third-party vendors to support successful project delivery.Industry-Specific ExpertiseMap end-to-end customer journeys for retail banking products such as personal loans, mortgages, and credit cards.Apply knowledge of financial services operations across retail banking, asset management, and insurance.Skills & ExperienceEducation and CertificationsHonours degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.Previous involvement in IT systems implementation or transformation projects.Professional certifications (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP) are advantageous.3–8 years of relevant Business Analyst experience.Core CompetenciesStrong documentation and communication abilities, able to produce high-quality, structured outputs.Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to delivering client-focused results.Experience engaging with senior management and C-Suite stakeholders.Strong organisational and multi-tasking capabilities, with the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.Familiarity with the Central Bank of Ireland regulatory framework, including the Consumer Protection Code.
