The Role
As Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring an efficient, professional service experience for our residential customers, while supporting Service Engineers and Management.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling customer calls and emails and recording all relevant details
* Reviewing job records to determine warranty or chargeable service calls
* Liaising with the Service Team Lead regarding scheduling and call status
* Arranging and securing payment for chargeable call‑outs prior to scheduling
* Preparing quotations for service materials and labour
* Raising invoices and ensuring timely payment for chargeable works
* Processing and following up on supplier claims for faulty materials
* Keeping customers informed of call‑out dates and any changes
* Maintaining accurate records in Pipedrive CRM and the Service Call Log
* Monitoring Service Engineers via the Vehicle Tracking System
* Ordering materials required for service calls and tracking deliveries
Interpersonal & Professional Skills
* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Positive, team‑focused approach with a commitment to high service standards
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment
What We're Looking For
* Must have previous window's and doors experience
* Previous experience in a service coordination, administration, or customer support role (advantageous)
* Strong IT skills and confidence using CRM systems
* A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach to work
