There is currently 1 specified purpose post (1.0 WTE) available with Waterford Community Specialist Palliative Care Team, South East Palliative Care, University Hospital Waterford.
Please note that there is an existing panel in place for Clinical Nurse Specialist (Palliative Care). The existing panel will take precedence over the supplementary panel created through this campaign for any future posts that arise.
A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Clinical Nurse Specialist (Palliative Care) from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part‑time duration may be filled.

Demonstrate depth and breadth of nursing experience in the area of Specialist Palliative Care Nursing.
Access to appropriate transport is an essential requirement to the post as a significant portion of the appointee's work will be carried out "off‑site". This means that the appointee will travel to the patient's home/place of residence and community hubs to perform duties related to the role.
