Design Project Coordinator Charlemont, Dublin 2 Hybrid (3 office & 2 home) €45k - €60k DOE. Up to 25 days Annual Leave, Pension, 9-day Fortnight. We are recruiting an experienced Project Coordinator to act as the clients representative, safeguarding their interests across procurement and contracting strategies. This hybrid role requires occasional attendance at the Dublin office. Requirements: 5+ years project management experience with strong technical and commercial expertise. Skilled at building collaborative relationships and prioritizing client needs. Excellent communicator, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Experienced in developing project scopes, execution strategies, and budgets, using Value Management/Value Engineering techniques. Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating teams and managing resources effectively. Knowledgeable in local statutory and regulatory obligations and document management via CDE platforms. Responsibilities Represent clients, ensuring their interests are protected throughout the project lifecycle. Define project objectives, establish execution strategies, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Lead project teams, manage resources, and oversee technical and commercial delivery. Produce project documentation and reports, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions when needed. Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
