Clinical Nurse Manager II Position Overview
As a key member of the healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care. This position involves implementing and evaluating nursing services, maintaining a clinical working environment, and enhancing an effective clinical learning environment.
* Provide professional and clinical leadership in all aspects of nursing care to promote a culture of excellence and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

2. Develop and provide mandatory training and professional development programs for Nursing and Nursing support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
3. Regularly monitor nursing care through audit and implement action plans based on outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Registration in the General Division of the Register of Nurses and Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland is essential.
* At least 5 years post-registration experience with 2 recent years in the related area is required, with recent acute experience being highly desirable.
